We offer a 7-day return policy from the date the product is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for used items.

If the product arrives damaged or defective, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos. In this case, we will offer a replacement or refund.

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
